advice…

‘Go for broke. Always try and do too much. Dispense with safety nets. Take a deep breath before you begin talking. Aim for the stars. Keep grinning. Be bloody-minded. Argue with the world. And never forget that writing is as close as we get to keeping a hold on the thousand and one things – childhood, certainties, cities, doubts, dreams, instants, phrases, parents, loves – that go on slipping , like sand, through our fingers.’
Salman Rushdie, Imaginary Homelands

EVENT ALERT! July, London, don’t miss out

EVENT ALERT! Could 2018 finally be the year you overcome your anxieties about food and eating? Where guilt about eating no longer exists?
What if there was a way of learning how to embrace and accept your whole self so that the number on the scale or the size of your waist no longer defined you?
What if you could get through a whole day without comparing yourself to anyone else and you just felt good about being you?
You Can
For some of us where our relationship with food has broken down, everyday life, health and social situations can be hard…
